SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Shipping

For the launch of the larisabarrera.com Shop I will be offering flat rate shipping through the USPS and UPS Ground within the United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico at a discounted shipping rate as a thank you for your purchase. Any items returned, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please email if you have questions and need your order rushed.Expedited shipping is available by request.

International Shipping

For all international customers outside of the United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico I am offering a flat rate international shipping rate option on my website and checkout page but I encourage customers to visit www.myus.com  and create an account to compare shipping costs to their individual address. This may be a less expensive option than the flat rate I have offered since it is specific to your address, it is not general for all international shipping. We have had customers recommend www.myus.com from their positive experiences with shipping, tracking and affordability. Feel free to email me with your exact shipping address and items you would like to order and I can confirm shipping information and rates. International shipping processed through my website must include a ship to address that can accept signature at arrival to provide confirmation of delivery.

  2. Shop online at US stores, and have your packages sent to your MyUS address ( may take 3-4 days to travel time from Larisa Barrera to MyUS warehouse )

  3. MyUS will let you know when you package has arrived and allow you to create a shipment request for all your purchases ( They will consolidate if you have ordered from multiple US based online companies )

  4. Your shipments will arrive at your door in 2-5 business days

    If you are ordering multiple items, be sure to select the "Premium Membership" for greatest savings!

Our return policy of 14 days will apply from the date package is received by the customer. International customers will have additional time consideration for their returns if they are not satisfied with their purchase since shipping may take longer. Customers are responsible for their shipping charges, shipping is non-refundable.

Return policy for stocked items purchased on our Shop page

If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, your item may be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery and must be returned in the same new and unworn condition received and returned in the same packaging with tags intact. Items that are special ordered are not returnable. For all returns please send an email to info@larisabarrera.com to obtain an RA# and include a description /reason for return. We will email you back with your RA # as well as confirming the return shipping address to send to. Customers are responsible for coordinating their own shipping and shipping costs . Shipping charges are not refundable. Refund will not be processed till item is received at our warehouse. For your security, please return your purchased item with an insured and trackable courier ( FedEx, UPS ) and include in the package a paper with your name, return address, phone number or email and our company shipping address. This added information to the package is for your own protection. If your package should get sent to the wrong address or lost in transit , this extra step might help so item is not lost. Please retain your tracking receipt and email us with the information so we can track and be ready to receive and process your refund. If returned item is sent back damaged from customer’s use there may be a fee deducted from your refund, decision is made case by case. For items not in stock and special ordered by request, returns are not accepted.

Please read description of size and color carefully to make sure you are requesting production of item that will fit your needs. If you change your mind regarding your special order , please email or call to cancel with in 24 hours of order placed and we will stop production and refund the full amount of the purchase.

We do not accept any returns, credits or exchanges of items that are not purchased directly from us through our website but we do accommodate reasonable repairs. Please email a picture of the item and a close up image of what needs repair to info@larisabarrera.com so we can see how we can help.

CARE

Our Fashion Collections consist of plated metal, which can possibly darken or tarnish with normal wear. To help this with not happening, please avoid direct contact with hairspray, lotions, oils, or perfumes. Excessive light, heat or moisture will deteriorate the pearls, plating, and stones. We recommend for regular cleaning to gently wipe the metal surface with a soft cloth or q-tip to clean, however, excessive polishing may rub off or scratch the plating. We recommend storing jewelry in protective cloth, tissue or pouch when not in use or transporting in your purse to protect from other objects scratching or nicking metal plating or stones. Each piece is unique and hand made, so stones and pearls may vary in shape, size and color. Natural stone may have inclusions that may be visible to the eye and are considered a part of their natural beauty.

REPAIRS

If an item that needs repair was purchased from my website outside of the last 6 month timeframe please estimate 3-4 weeks from the date we receive it to process your repair due to material not being currently on hand from past production. For all repairs, please email a photo of item to info@larisabarrera.com to confirm item before sending repair. Simple stone repairs may be fixed free of charge. We will review and reply with details depending on the repair needs.Shipping cost for all repairs are the responsibility of the customer. You must anticipate sending your repair in a way you can track with insurance and retain a copy of your tracking information. Packages lost in transit are the responsibility of the customer.
